Backyard Service

Congratulations of the purchase of your brand new spa. When ordering a spa from a Large Retailer such as Costco, Home Depot, Sam's Club, BJ's, or Lowes your spa will be delivered Curb side. Which means it will be left at the end of your driveway. We will be more than willing to deliver your spa to your backyard or to wherever you would like to enjoy your spa for years to come. For a typical backyard delivery we charge $275.00 for the service. You may order the service by clicking on the Order Service button found on this page.

For the Cal Spa's Costco Customers we can offer a $50.00 discount on this backyard delivery service. $225.00. Please enter the discount code your Cal Spas representative gave you on Check Out.

Services Include:

• Professional spa moving from the curb to the backyard.
• Unwrapping and removal of all packaging material.
• Repair of any cosmetic damages that may have incurred during shipping.
• Panel Damage
• Acrylic scratch

The Following are the parameters of backyard delivery.

• The spa delivery placement must be within 300ft of the delivery truck.
• The path must be free of obstruction, which would hamper or effect the delivery
• The path the delivery crew will take from the truck to the backyard placement area must be relatively level in such a way that two people can safely deliver the spa.
• If there is a gate to the backyard there must be at least a 42” opening and no overhead obstructions.
• The backyard delivery can not involve more then (3) steps for the delivery crew to ascend/descend and the opening and railing must be wider than the width of the spa.

Extra:

• In the event that there are obstructions, obstacles, or more than 3 steps to ascend/ descend the Speedy Spa agent may charge an additional fee of no more than $100.  This additional fee must be discussed with the customer before the backyard service is performed. (Customer has right to cancel Backyard Service before service is performed for a full refund)
• In the event that a crane would be necessary we can assist in the scheduling of a local crane company however the customer will be responsible for the additional crane cost payable to the local crane company. 

Note: Customers will be contacted prior to delivery and an appointment will be made which is mutually acceptable.
